Challenge
The company is running multiple projects to monitor the usage of different spaces. The objective is to install different types of sensors to obtain information on the usage of the workspace that have been continuously adapted to better fit the agile working requirements.
Solution
Thousands of desks were equipped with wireless sensors monitored by the Clebex application. Large screens were installed at each floor to provide real-time occupancy information to all users, that could easily make a choice of the area where to work from. Meeting rooms were equipped with wireless counting sensors to evaluate the number of people using the meeting rooms compared to the available capacity, thus introducing corrections based on best practices. Finally, very large spaces, like cafeterias, were monitored to enforce space usage limitations and offering the users a real-time view of occupancy directly from their mobile phones.
